Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Korea, His Excellency Sung-Hwan Kim, today laid a wreath at the National War Memorial acknowledging the shared history between Korea and Canada during the Korean War. Also in attendance were Minister John Baird and Senator Yohah Martin.
